Poppelton Park has a lot to offer. There are two tennis courts, one of which has a wall to hit against. There is a baseball diamond, a couple playgrounds and swing sets, a bench swing, and two sand pits. There is plenty of open room as well. There is no parking lot, but the parking is free in the neighborhood.

Easy access from local downtown and Woodward Avenue. Nicely groomed, play structures well kept and good grounds for playing frisbee, catch or other activities.

Great place for a playtime with your growing toddlers!

Large field for softball, has water and port-a-potty that’s cleaned out frequently, but still gets grungy from much use. Tennis courts are in decent shape, and can be reserved by Birmingham residents. Not lit for nights.

Peaceful park if you are far enough away from Woodward.
