My husband and I enjoyed our time at Pendleton. They worked with us while we were trying to buy our own place. I really liked the proximity to the Huron river bike trails and the pool.
The office staff and maintenance team are all pretty great. Sidewalks and parking lots are kept good and clear in the winter and they are very quick to fix or replace things in the apartment when needed. We’ve lived here for almost 4 years and really like it. Good community and friendly neighbors too.
I leased here for 2 years. Never had an issue with management or the property. Any service requests were fixed promptly, I did lose heat one winter, but they brought space heaters until they were able to get the correct part to fix the furnace. The gym is nice and accessible. The pool is refreshing. Their amenities were great at the club house, and within the apartment. I would highly recommend renting here. Ally, Marcus and Dan have all been very friendly and helpful and super amazing throughout my stay here. I highly recommend Pendleton Park. Forgot to mention, their clearing of sidewalks and salting during winter are unmatched! Also safe and clear.
We lived here for 2 years before moving out of state to be closer to family and we absolutely loved it! The complex is well maintained and the area surrounding it is very safe, with a lot of food places and grocery options nearby. The staff is helpful, friendly, and communicative. Marcus was our leasing agent and was always available anytime we needed help with anything. Ally, the property manager, was also always available to answer any questions and help in any way she could. They go above and beyond by creating resident events at least 1-2 times per month where they provide free food and fun activities. The wine and paint night was my absolute favorite! Shoutout to Tia, the lifestyle director, for organizing and planning awesome events! Everyone on the maintenance staff is phenomenal. We had a couple of maintenance requests throughout our time here; and each time, they responded almost immediately and got the work done so quickly and efficiently. The only improvements I would suggest would be adding another dumpster and a larger gym 🙂 The complex is huge and we were in one of the farthest buildings from the dumpster, so my husband would have to haul our trash down the stairs and to our car to drive it to the dumpster each time. That aside, we really had an incredible experience here and are sad to say goodbye! Thank you for everything, Pendleton Park staff! We will always cherish our time here!
