Great and unique scenic spot, along with the theme of most attraction in the Cleveland/Akron area, it is just a short walk from the parking area.
But also the same as every other nature attraction there, you can hear loud traffic noise on top of the loud moving water even in the summer when foliage was full.
I absolutely love this park. The sounds, smells, and sights are a wonderful thing. The trails are nice and the area is kept clean. Great place to walk around to sight see, meditate or exercise!
Wow! Incredibly scenic spot to enjoy a walk anytime of year. This was my first time visiting the Falls. The falls are absolutely incredible and took me by surprise how grand they are as we have no mountains nearby. It really was reminiscent of the water falls in the mountains of North Carolina.
Saw a few benches to stop and enjoy a moment or a picnic along the way which would be enjoyable in a lovely day.
It is a small cascading falls the was nice to watch. They have benches to sit or they have trails through marshes, and woods if you want to walk. It was a very pleasant place, as far as quiet, they had a ball game going near by and the planes over head are loud. It was hard to be one with nature with that action. It was a very busy place with people riding bikes, horses, motorcycles, cars, walking, running, ball games, and cooking out. I suppose all that action is because it was a nice place to visit and walk around
Parking area near main walking trail and 2 trailheads leading to the river. Can view the old bridge built in 1850 or walk up top and see it from roadside. Would be a good photography spot for any occasion. Not wheelchair friendly and large step downs and step ups to get to viewing area and back up trail. Rocks may be slippery when wet.Must see scenic spot !
