Just walked in park. Real nice e park!
Nice secluded area. Indoor and outdoor. There’s some sort of bee hive in the roof of one of them, and instead of removing it, they put a sign saying they don’t sting or something. Very strange to me but other than that, great area for family get togethers
I have been to this location twice for a Browns Tailgate to raise money 💰 for City Dogs of Cleveland (a kennel that looks to adopt out dogs).
Nice location. Not to hard to find. Has an indoor and outdoor pavilion. Two areas to make a fire. One outside and a fireplace inside. Outdoor grills. There are plenty of picnic tables. Very clean. Nice place to hold an outdoor event.
I would only recommend that the park service provide a way to extinguish a fire in the outside fire pit. I didn’t see a source of water or sand to do so.
what a sweet spot. Even the portapotty was clean and smelled ‘Good’. I just drove into town from NY so was relieved I could do a quick squat to avoid having to do so as soon as I get in the door of my parents when everyone is going to want to be saying hi. Ive actually never gone this way into town (via 80). Not sure what that’s about but glad to discover this little gem. Will be sure to book a day – either a casual wedding reception or baby shower. Nice quiet spot w lots of nature and some choice amenities for comfort . I hear there is no running water though, surprising and unfortunate but not a deal breaker👌
Nice indoor rental Pavillion. Has a electric fireplace and prep area with a sink.
