Quiet, peaceful, calm place at the time I was there. Took a disabled friend with me to walk and they were able to easily get around on the path we chose.

Beautiful boardwalk trails that take you along the river. A must see during the fall when the leaves are turning. Be aware of the bikers that are on the trail as well; there is plenty of room for everyone if you’re not spread 5-6 people across.

A beautiful park to walk, bike or kayak. Small playground for the young ones.

Peaceful place to walk, bike, and run. There’s a playground shortly after starting your journey by the fire station in downtown Dexter. About a mile along there’s portapotty. Clean. Picnic areas and benches to rest. We walked about two miles before turning around and that was the end of facilities we experienced. Great coffee shop in Dexter – Joe and Rosie Coffee and Tea. Great gluten free muffins there to accompany a nicely made latte. Give them some love after your exercise.
