What a great unique hiking trail this place at
North shores. If you enjoy hiking I highly recommend bringing your animals out here it is an extremely great hike .
Love this park! Big dog park. Tennis courts in decent shape. Only one net up right now though for some reason but whatever. Baseball and two soccer fields. Grass is well maintained at both. Several basketball courts and a playground as well. Plenty of parking and is connected to North Ottawa Dunes. You could park here and go on a day hike up through Hoffmaster state park no problem.
This park has a nice playground, basketball courts, pickle ball or tennis courts, volleyball, baseball, picnic pavilions with grills, and trails to walk on.
Nice place, free parking, secluded, and you can walk beautiful trails up to the look out over North Shore Beach then walk down to North Shore without having to pay to park. The trails are clear and easy to follow. Depending on time of the year, I’d recommend bug spray to guard against ticks amongst others (like gnats and mosquitos). If you mean to hike to the beach, wear comfy shoes, bring a water, pack light and be prepared to climb some stairs (not a lot). Bottom line- beautiful place and worth the visit.
This is a great place to go to walk trails, play tennis/pickleball, or play basketball. They also have a baseball field and soccer field. In addition they have covered picnic tables/grills, a dog park, and the park has a wheelchair accessible parking lot. This is a great place to visit alone or with your family.
