Main Street Park is a charming and welcoming green space located in the heart of Coopersville. Perfect for families and dog owners, this pet-friendly park offers plenty of open grassy areas where you and your dog can play fetch, toss a Frisbee, or simply relax by the scenic Deer Creek. With a paved entrance and parking that are wheelchair accessible, Main Street Park is easy for everyone to enjoy.
This dog-friendly park features shaded spots ideal for picnics, several concrete picnic tables, playground activities for the kids, and even a splash pad during warmer months. While there is no dedicated off-leash dog area or fencing, dogs are welcome on-leash to enjoy the open fields and creekside walks. With ample parking and close proximity to other local parks, Main Street Park is a great spot for pet owners looking for outdoor fun in Coopersville.
Nice little park with plenty of playground and splash pad options. My husband and I brought our son and newborn and my son had a blast. We were able to find a nice shaded spot to sit for a picnic.
Small park but it’s well maintained. There’s a creek right alongside it. The city will host events here occasionally which is always worth a visit. Not a bad place to come have lunch or toss a ball around. Great for dogs.
The park is very nice but why not add a huge play ground. One that would have baby swings and other age appropriate play group equipment. And add a bathroom
Beautiful Park, Great For Frisbee, Running Your Dog, Picnics, Soccer With Your Kids, We Use it Every Year For the Coopersville Car Show, Lots of Shade! All Around Great Park Right on A River!!
Nice, small park along the Deer Creek. There are a few concrete picnic tables and grills for picnics and a disc golf course for fun. The city page says it’s used for sledding in the winter. The park connects to the Grove Street Park through a small bridge over the creek. It’s quite bare in regards to amenities. There is no playground or pavilion, and I didn’t notice any restrooms. The strength of this park is the huge open grassy area close to the picnic tables. There’s ample parking too.
