Such a beautiful spot. Scenery is very calming with the sound of the brook and the sight of the mountains. Love it.
Beautiful picnic area with ample parking and areas to Wade into the water. We got pretty far out with the water going up to my belly button and I’m 5’6”. It can be rocky in some areas I suggest swim shoes if you have them. There is enough sand for little ones to play in as well so bring toys if you have them. Picnic area is carry in carry out! Clean up after yourselves
Cute place it’s says dog friendly but we drove there only to see signs posted all along the parking area and as you enter. Unfortunate no dogs allowed. We will return on a different day without our 4 legged friend.
Nice place for an morning/ afternoon brunch / lunch has fire pits / places and stand up hibachi grills, 4 porta potties, picnic tables, sunny and shady areas for seating. Beach area, but many rocks out in the water small and big. Can drive / ride a boat in and anchor out in the water or bring a shore.
This is a great place to hangout with friends and take pictures. There is a picturesque waterfall and river flowing into the lake. There are also picnic tables and rocks to sit on. There are grills and benches if you’re looking to spend the whole day by the lake.
