The astroturf gets really hot on sunny days, so hot that my dog was avoiding it and walking on the concrete instead.
Artificial turf, dog owners are coonciencious about picking up waste. Two fairly small runs, excellent fencing, double gates. Not the place to be after 4pm on a weekday. Suddenly gets crowded with large apartments surrounding getting home from work, needing a place to poop.
