Couple of tennis courts for the local community. Seldom too busy. The courts are in decent condition but the nets are showing thier age.
I love this neighborhood pool and gym. Fishhawk recently renovated the seldom used clubhouse, turning it into a gym. There are dumbbells, treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical trainers, and several circuit style weight machines. After a good workout you can swim a few laps in the pool to round out a total body workout. Now I just need to commit to making it happens. Open 8:00am to 5:30pm too bad I have job, if I were unemployed i could it. I guess this is how my CDD fees are used. 3 stars for complete lack of convenience for working adults.
It’s a gated community, without a gate. They will say that the park is only for residents, there are signs to that effect, but there’s nothing stopping anyone from using the playground. The courts have RFID entries, as far as tennis and pickleball go. The butterfly garden is minimal, and the basketball court seems pretty busy early mornings every darn weekend. Lots of Poke stops though.
Would love to figure out how to get in touch with the HOA
– The sprinklers closest to the lil pond out front on Lithia Pinecrest are on in the rain
– additionally, said sprinklers reach 6+ feet into the roadway, causing me to have to leave the sidewalk, and then swerve out of the breakdown lane, halfway into the right lane, to try to avoid getting doused while riding my e-bike past
Can someone please adjust? Hazardous for pedestrians and passers-by. Happy to give your residents the middle finger while they honk at me in the interim~
