Hercules Park is a fantastic example of how parks should be designed. The play structure is huge, offering plenty of climbing opportunities and a fun slide. The splash pad is perfect for cooling off, and the walking path around the perimeter is a nice touch for a leisurely stroll. We appreciated the clean bathrooms, the available water fountain, and the decent amount of shade. Our only complaints were that the parking lot filled up quickly, with tight spaces, and there weren’t enough benches and tables for everyone. Overall, it’s a great spot for families to enjoy the day!

What a great addition to Zephyrhills! Went on a Sunday afternoon and although it was packed, it did not feel crowded. The kids had plenty of room to run around and climb and use all different equipment without getting bored.
The splash pad is very close to the playground so it’s easy to keep an eye on kids, but wet kids go down the slide leaving it very slick causing the ones who follow to fly down the slide. Not terrible, just have to keep an eye at the bottom for smaller kids.

We had so much fun at this natural playscape inspired splash pad! My grandson, age 4, was entertained for hours and they delivered free summer lunches to kids too!

Very beautiful park. Conveniently located, nice little pathway around it to walk your dog or stroll with your baby. Restrooms with baby changing station, water fountains, dog waste bags provided, splash pad with lounge chairs and few shaded tables. The only thing missing is an actual shade for the playground- much needed in Florida’s hot weather.

Heard about this park renovation/recreation on a website, and decided we should check it out.
They have done a very nice job.
The playgrounds are top notch, the facilities like the washrooms are in a beautiful building with lots of stainless steel amenities.
And the picnic tables and benches, which are liberally placed throughout, are durable and beautifully constructed out of materials pleasing to the eye.
There is a nice walkway that you can take around the 11 acre park, that also goes around a storm water management pond that has interesting birds and reptiles.
Overall a great urban/nature park, with beautiful trees, shrubs and plants.
