My fiance and I recently took this trail from Flatrock to Novi and back. It was 40 miles each way, so we broke it down into 2 consecutive days. We are both in moderate health, without a significant weekly workout routine. There were challenging times, but we were able to complete the 40 miles in less than 4 hours each day.
Have fun and stay safe out there!!!
