Nice quiet park. Almost secluded. Some picnic tables along the creek. Nice for walking and hiking.
One of the most beautiful parks I’ve visited in Sparta especially this time of year. Advanced trails, and totally worth the climb to the summit for that amazing view of Lake Mohawk. A must-see if you’re in the area.
Some steep loose trails, but not crazy elevation. Trails are well maintained for the most part. Nice stream with picnick tables and ample parking. Not a lot of miles though.
Love this park. Quiet little spot with plenty of places to stop for a picnic or stroll. The trail to the summit could be blazed better but is definitely worth the hike. Porta potty available. Especially magical in autumn. Mushroom paradise! Feel safe to walk here alone.
Quite a few hiking trails, lots of parking and picnic facilities. Awesome views if you’re willing to hike up, up, up!! Some trails better marked than others, use caution and common sense. Picnic tables and pavilion alongside a babbling brook. Nice hidden gem.
