Since February 2024, I have been living with wild animals running, scratching, chipping, etc. in my apartment vents. In March, the maintenance team notified me of multiple holes in the roof and the office needs to approve a work order to patch the roof. We watched a bird enter one of the holes. Since then, I have called the office almost every week asking for updates. Communication is HORRIBLE. They do not answer their phones and I leave voicemails that do not get returned. Zach does not keep his “call back” promises. Apparently, Rock Companies is not approving this work order? Good luck getting Rock Companies to call you back too.
Before you decide to lease an apartment at Legends Fox Creek, just take into consideration how long I have been living with these wild animals and how NOTHING is getting done to fix it. I feel like nobody cares. It is an EXTREME distraction to work from home, cook, relax, sleep, etc.. It causes the neighbors dogs to bark. This is not what I would call a “Luxury Apartment” with “Quiet Hours”.
It is now April and are in the exact same spot. No progress has been made. We continue to call and leave voicemails hoping someone has an answer (or picks up the phone). Very disappointed Legends Fox Creek is not prioritizing these unsafe living conditions…
Ive been searching for a place to stay since the end of summer. Claire and the entire team at Legends Fox creek have been more than helpful and accommodating since the start of my search. Everyone was always happy to answer any questions I had and always had so much patience with me and all my questions during my search. I was finally able to settle myself just in time for the holidays and again, Claire and the rest of the staff could not have been more helpful, kind and welcoming. Im very greatful to have made what I believe to be the very best choice in this area and to have such a wonderful and helpful team in our leasing office. Thanks again Claire, Angelica and Jordan! You ROCK!
I have lived in this complex for over a year now and the maintenance guys have always been so helpful! They are incredibly nice, quick with their responses to maintenance requests, and they get the job done! I’ve lived in a handful of other apartment complexes over the years and this is by far the best maintenance service I’ve experienced.
I have lived here for 3 years and corporate should know that Lucas is one of the best maintenance guys our family has ever come across. He is polite, attentive to the residents needs and fixes things right the 1st time. I wish all the guys were more like him. He should run the entire department in my opinion you would have happier more satisfied tenants. He deserves recognition for going the extra mile. The tenants pay the rent and keep this place open and he’s the only one that seems to realize and recognize that!!!!! A+++ service always!!!
If I could give a half star I would!! They don’t deserve 1 star. Constant constant constant problems. Mice in the house on the second floor. Washing machine louder then my cars music on blast. Dryer isn’t drying. Dishwasher wasn’t even mounted when we got there, and THEY mounted it by using drywall screws through the side incorrectly. Dishwasher is leaking on the floor through the same holes that the drywall screws were placed. After all of this is said, we got baited into thinking this was a luxurious apartment and didn’t even get to see the apartment before we moved in because they were fixing it up for 2 weeks. They didn’t fix anything!!! only new paint 🎨 CARS GETTING BROKEN INTO!!! HAD SOMEONE GET MAD AT ME IN HIS CAR SWERVED RIGHT AT ME!! I told him I would call the cops if he did that again AND HE FOLLOWED ME BACK TO MY APARTMENT LIKE HE WANTED TO FIGHT ME!! NULL a month is ridiculous for the garbage I had to deal with.. not even done with the year but I am very done with management.. the women in this office could care less about your problems or your lifestyle as long as you signed the contract they just made money off of you and could care less. The attitude of these girls is what upsets me the most they all need to get fired and replaced with professionals.
