Blessings, I lived in Bridgewater Park Apartments for 11yrs! I raised my children here in Clarkston schools. I’m more of a person that sticks to herself, so I never had a problem with neighbors and etc. the office staff has changed what seemed like every year. We had some bad maintenance and some good. I’m saying all this to say the new office staff is a diamond in the rough.. The old maintenance guy coming back which is the head maintenance guy is a real plus. He always did his job over and beyond! He helped me put my table back together it’s a long story but he came back like he said he would to help me put my heavy glass table together.
Bridgewater has seen many years of rough, but it’s good to see some diamonds out of being looked over for so many years! I moved out the beginning of the year because it was time.. hey my kids are grown now and are in their own places.
So if you are looking for a quiet peaceful place to live this is it! I encourage you to try out Bridgewater Park Apartments! Btw this is Kelli ❤️
I just recently moved into BridgeWater Apartment complex. I can honestly say Jessica was the biggest help throughout the entire process, and was so incredibly patient with me and all my questions!!! This has been the most wonderful experience and it is all thank to her !! She is such an incredible lady!!! Looking forward to my stay here at Bridgewater !!
I have lived at Bridge Water for many years! What an amazing difference with New Management! I have noticed a big difference in everything from lots, to help with Maintenence repairs and especially the help from our office girls! I can actually make a call to the office and get a quick returned call! Oh did I say polite return call! Previous girls were so rude!!! Our work out room is finally open after 5 years ,(which I plan to start using)pool area looks great, snow removal was on spot this year including sidewalks , dumpsters are no longer over flowing with furniture and garbage! Just want to thank you! Ps I would like to make one suggestion! Can we PLEASE have our sprinklers turned on this year! It make the whole complex look better! It has been over 5 years!

Was impressed with the apartments when I went for a tour, they are absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a new home for you and your family this is the place. Jessica is on top of her game and very friendly. She stays on top of keeping you informed and is so nice. I would recommend Bridgewater to anyone I know they are wonderful.
I have lived here for 12 + years. I have seen some staff come & go. Including maintenance workers. The past two years we’ve finally gotten a staff that cares about their residents & has made their jobs about them. Can’t be easy for Three woman to tackle more than 250 units! They are doing great things in making our homes fun & enjoyable & we as residents has to keep our own places clean and nice it’s our job to do that their job to supply us with our home. A lot has changed for the better. We want a nice place to live we’re given that. Keeping our place nice to live in is up to us! They listen! Maintenance men are few but they are good & do get the job done sometimes it may take a few days but we’re not the only ones asking for a repair. Be patient it will get done! I do wish our sprinklers were up and running every summer I remember every year they ran did make the grounds really green. If you give respect to each other the respect is given back. There are rules to follow if they are obeyed why would you have a problem? Great location Great schools shopping everywhere very spacious apartments to who don’t love two full bathrooms? Come see for yourself.
