Honestly one of the best parks ive been to in a long time. There was a good sense of community with plenty of kids and adults hanging out playing horseshoes, riding atvs through the extensive trails that sprawl across the forest area. Whether youre visiting for a chill community hangout, hiking, riding, or just general sightseeing, this place was an absolute blast.
I haven’t wanted to go here in a lot of years and I love around the corner sad to say in Pontiac it seems the cops or any authorities don’t make sure the parks nothing we have doesn’t get abused but Rochester down the street is watched way more but we too gotta learn to not mess up the only things we have if you bored go put yourself in classes go do a run go do things you love if you don’t know find out it is not a family place when drunks be here or when someone gets shot execution style it’s always something 😒😕😣
A small park that’s been trashed, literally. Cig butts and plastic bags litter this Park which includes a playground, field, and trail. Will not be back.
Abandoned Park. Wouldn’t want to go there alone. Definitely not a place for kids. People drink in a.m.. In cars…out of cars. “Meet-ups” for various reasons. Short duration. Restroom buildings polluted by gang graffiti. Other than that…great place to see deer! Pull in. Lock doors. Go to back of parking lot, by woods. Gorgeous spot. Hazy today, but worth every minute.
Good park for people living in the area. Not the one for special plans and visit. You will hear people riding their ATVs. Needs more cleanliness. That’s about the park.
Cricket is played on one of the grounds and is a high scoring field. Short boundary on one side. Pitch has been restored recently.
