The Henry Events Committee always have great events, I especially like the Classic Car Show that is on Labor day weekend.
Henry’s Central Park. Gathering place for the locals. Summertime excitement in the park. Always a pleasure to visit. Farmers Market, Craft Show, Carnival, Auto Show and more. Keeps the kids out of trouble while offering their parents a quiet afternoon. Can’t forget the “Bag Lunches”. These are a hit. Come on out, plant your “Soap Box” & invite a gathering.
I was just passing through…but it’s a nice park near the center of a nice small town, a slice of “Americana” if you will. It’s just a couple blocks from the river and the site of local events.
