This is in Clare, Michigan but I didn’t know it was called city park. It was near the Tobacco river with picnic area and camper and or 5th wheel parking places.
At the time there was a very strange dude standing in middle of the main road in a military uniform starring almost trying to intimidate watch intently all that entered and exited. I laughed at him ok I mean I chuckled inside as he didn’t have an ounce of intimidation here I basically ignored him. But was very strange nevertheless. If may say though a disgrace to the uniform.
