My favorite park in Saginaw so far. It’s close by. It’s great to walk here, then walk around the whole park then walk back home. I love the views of the river. Great place to clear my thoughts and meditate. There’s quite a bit of geese, ducks, gophers, ground hogs, or prairie dogs. Not exactly technical with any of those and I don’t really know the difference, well except for the ones with wings. You will see these creatures all over the park. A great place to toss a Frisbee or play other fun sports. There are a few picnic tables or for playing card games or board games. There is an amphitheatre which could host some events like concerts or other performing arts. That’d be cool for the community. It seems to be well kept, maintained, and clean for the most part.
Nice park on island. Good place for relaxing with family & friends. Picnic spot
Clean park with amazing views of the river, large pavilion and ancient looking trees.
I’m just upset for the simple fact that in Saginaw Michigan Ojibwe which is our only part that we really have is closed to the public but I didn’t been everywhere in the world and I’ve noticed that everyone else is Park is open but not Ojibwa which is in Saginaw Michigan we actually have to walk in here to even enjoy whatever in here to enjoy and I feel some type of way so I’m not going to give it a good rating for the simple fact that is closed to the public I go to Bay City Bay City Park open I go to Midland Midland Park open I go to Flint Flint Park open I go to Grand Rapids Grand Rapids Park is open but you coming to Saginaw and our main Park is closed
