Located at 5500 Butterbridge Rd NW, Canal Fulton Dog Park is a welcoming spot for dog lovers and their furry companions. This dog park in Canal Fulton, Ohio, features a spacious countryside setting, making it a favorite local destination for off-leash fun. The park offers separate fenced areas for small and large dogs, ensuring both puppies and bigger dogs can play safely with friends their own size.
Visitors mention the park’s friendly community and relaxed rural vibe, ideal for dogs to socialize and stretch their legs. Shaded seating areas allow owners to relax under the trees, and picnic tables add to the park’s charm. Although the park is wheelchair accessible and offers ample parking, please note that water fountains are seasonal and there are not currently agility courses available. Bring your own water and be prepared for some upkeep needs, especially with tables and gates. Experience dog-friendly fun and a true community atmosphere at Canal Fulton Dog Park!
Recently, the gates were fixed, so the small dogs can not go to the other side. But now the gates to get in are broken. Some of the tables need attention for safety issues.
I think this park has a lot of good space, but I think the space can be utilized better. It could also use some upkeep for outdoor furniture or things to keep the dogs entertained.
My dog enjoyed her time at the park. Their we friendly people with nice dogs their. It does need some maintenance.
I am new to the area and have visited many dog parks this one has been very welcoming. The people show nice hospitality. The sweet furbabies well let’s just say my Harley has lots of friends and loves absolutely loves coming to the park. Almost like he just sleeps his time away at home to get to the place of next day to come do it again. There are no water bowls so please bring bowls for their water. I have been told that since it is getting colder they will be turning water faucets off. So don’t forget the water for the bowl. There are also no agility courses. Just a nice quiet wholesome country setting dog park. Did I mention that there are 2 sides. One for the big babies and the other for small babies.
Two sided, fence dividing, for smaller and larger dogs. Plenty of room for pups to run, water faucet with plastic pools to fill up for pups to cool off, and shaded trees with seating underneath.
