Behind Freeman Elementary School there is a baseball diamond and a large, open field which are accessed from the street just south of the school. I occasionally bring my RC cars to the diamond (when I feel motivated enough to thoroughly clean them out afterwards!) and I fly a couple of my RC helicopters in the field. The neighborhood is very nice for being in Flint and the neighbors around the school are always friendly when I see them outside. Nice place to relax after a long day of work!
