Would never bring my dog back. My dog came back severely hurt. Brought to 2 vets asked if something fell on him. He is a teacup only weighs about 6lbs. When I called the owner she denied everything. Please don’t take your dog there. Owner is horrible!
Brought my T-cup Maltese here to get groomed, he was perfectly healthy and in good spirits, when we came to pick him back up, the dogs back legs weren’t working, when we asked staff about it they denied everything, even stating the fact the dog came in that way… we would have never brought our t-cup dog there if he looked the way he did, used to love this place but they lost all my respect!! Don’t go to these people!!
I have been coming here for years and I can say, I always have an amazing experience with the staff. They are always very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Always willing to go the extra mile and ask, if I need help with my purchases or loading my pets to the car. Highly recommend.
