I have been a loyal customer at your salon for well over a year, possibly closer to two and until recently, my experiences had been satisfactory. However, the repeated cancellations, last-minute rescheduling, and denial of service for my dog have reached an unacceptable level.
What’s most frustrating is the inconsistent reasoning provided. My dog has a hernia, a condition that has been fully disclosed from the very beginning. This has never been an issue in the past, yet now it’s being used as grounds to refuse service after numerous prior visits without concern.
On top of that, I’ve entrusted my pet sitter to bring my dog in for grooming on multiple occasions, only for her time and money to be wasted due to last-minute refusals. This has now occurred during 3 out of the last 4 scheduled appointments.
It is clear that management is either indifferent or simply uninterested in resolving this issue. Today, once again, the team seemed dismissive likely because it was near closing time. Policies appear to be arbitrarily created or enforced, depending on convenience.
This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, and I’m incredibly disappointed with how this matter has been handled.

Ted, an employee here was awesome! He was super friendly, helpful, and full of energy. You can tell he genuinely cares about connecting with customers – Petco is lucky to have him!
Would have been 2 stars but the sales associate was nice. The location was a little confusing and there were no employees on the flood to assist. Nice collection of fishes but that is really it. It would be great for staff members to be walking around to provide customer service.
I love the variety they have. The vets that come here are amazing. My dogs feel comfortable around them which is surprising because they’re not like that with just anyone, especially when it comes to vets. The grooming service is also amazing. The staff I’ve came across are lovely as well, very helpful and have patience.
