If you are considering renting at the Morgan Parc, please consider elsewhere. We have had multiple issues with our ceilings (watermarks and leaking) where cuts were made into our ceiling, patched it up and the issue still continues. Not to mention, our apartment is left with dust and paint every single time. This situation is poorly managed by upper management and my fiance and I are absolutely frustrated. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want quality service from your building.
I have been living at Morgan Parc since October 2020 and I am one of their earliest tenants. I can say without prodding that I love it here, everyone ranging from the doormen to the leasing team to the maintenance people are top notch, friendly and professional. I live here with my two dogs and this building is perfect if you are a dog owner. I also love the location as I am steps away from the train and minutes away from all things Nassau County. I highly recommend considering a move to Morgan Parc.
We recently moved out to relocate to another state after 3 years of renting at Morgan Parc. We enjoyed living here as a family. The amenities are nice. The building is beautiful. I love that there was a doorman. The garage parking spots were not as expensive as it would have cost living near or in the city. Not being stuck in the rain —finding parking with kids and groceries is what you’re paying for. The lounge is beautiful.The outdoor roof deck is so convenient and a great place to reserve to host guests! Loved the pool and gym—still wish the sauna was open year round. Our experience with Management was great. I think if you’re not rude— you get along well. They were always accommodating and did what they could to make things right. Emily in the leasing office was always helpful and went the extra mile to do whatever she could for us, Always!! The Super, Francisco, is unlike any super in all of New York. He always went out of his way to fix things ASAP! It’s unheard of in New York! He did whatever he could for the residents and building. I’ve seen him wear multiple hats in the building to make sure the building was running as smooth as it can. Hardest worker in the room (or building) We miss them as over the 3years they felt like family—-this made us feel safer living in a apartment building—- My kids adored them. Kathleen was great—helped us in many ways when we had questions or concerns. We also received our deposit back in a timely manner as we returned our apartment clean and in great condition. Overall, it was a great chapter in our journey!
We just toured the place and the employee showing us around was rude especially to our kids.
Nice and spacious apartments with loads of natural light. They have a kids indoor play area, and other well maintained amenities.
I’m beyond happy here! Besides the beautiful building placed in a great town, the staff is wonderful- especially the leasing consultant, Michelle, who was the first person I met. Everyone is so helpful and go above and beyond and some of my neighbors have even turned into great friends! The amenities are a huge bonus! My kids birthday party took place in the lounge and it was a success! I can’t wait for summer! The rooftop pool is top notch! 😊
