I really like this place. Great park to picnic on the long Island sound by the water. There’s a walking/ jogging/ biking trail that runs between the sound and the cross island parkway. I usually stop and do some stone balancing. Very therapeutic.
Only current issue is the view from the benches overlooking the sound, is obstructed by overgrowth. Seems the place hasn’t been tended to in a long time aside from mowing the edge of the path.
Little Bay Park is a peaceful place with a beautiful view of the bridge. Great for walking, picnics, and enjoying the fresh air. Perfect spot to unwind with nature.
I loved it! It was super clean, and there were no bugs, so we were able to sit on the grass peacefully. It wasn’t noisy at all — it’s a calm, quiet place and it feels very welcoming. I truly enjoyed it! 💚
Cute little park over looking the river and bridge. Plenty of deer and geese. Very peaceful lovely place to walk around and enjoy the good views!
We had an office clean-up event here. It’s a nice place to walk, stroll, bike ride, bring the kids, the dog or fly a kite. We were by the water and had a nice view of the bridge. It’s kept clean and I saw some areas where pretty flowers were starting to bloom. It has a great big parking lot too.
