Roy Dog Park is a popular destination for dog owners in Roy, Utah, looking for a place to exercise and socialize their pets. Featuring a simple, open layout with a walking path encircling the main area, this dog park offers plenty of space for dogs to run and play off-leash. The park is especially favored by locals for its clean grounds and welcoming community of pet owners.
For added convenience, Roy Dog Park is equipped with water bowls and frequently stocked dog waste bags, though visitors are encouraged to bring their own supplies just in case. While there are some newly planted trees, natural shade is currently limited. Foxtails can be found in grassy areas, and muddy or icy conditions are common during the winter, so plan accordingly.
Really enjoy going here. People and dogs are great. I like the basic set up, but it could use some improvements to middigate the muddy/icy conditions particularly during the winter months. No Restrooms, No fresh water on site, No shade.
This is a nice place for dogs but I have to amend my trading because of owners. 2 weeks in a row my dog has newborn attacked, today’s was physical by an aussie shepherd. Idc how old the owner is, control your dog and if they are not well mannered leave them at home. My boy wants to be friends with everyone. I am now seeking a new dog park. I’m just sick of it.
This park is clean with no amenities other than water bowls. Bring your own bags and water. Great place for your dog to exercise and play
It nice, but no shade. Trees have been planted. 😁. Has a walk path that goes around. Lots of foxtails, 😔.
Love this park. Dog and I both get our exercise. There is a drinking fountain and bags. Only thing lacking is shade
