Issaquah Dog Park, located right off Rainier Trail in Issaquah, WA, offers a convenient place for dog owners to let their pets enjoy some off-leash fun. Nestled next to a wooded pet-friendly trail, the park provides plenty of shade during sunny days and a relaxing atmosphere for you and your furry friends. The park is just steps away from a car park, making it easy to access, and is connected to Issaquah’s popular walking paths, ideal for combining a dog park visit with a scenic stroll.
While the park is on the smaller side and doesn’t offer many amenities beyond a sturdy iron bench, it’s a social spot where dog owners in Issaquah gather and enjoy friendly company. Do note that amenities such as water bowls and poop bag stations may not always be fully stocked, so bringing your own supplies is a good idea. Its proximity to Rainier Trail and beautiful local art installations (like the Jacob Two Tree Troll) add unique charm, making it a worthwhile visit for families and those exploring dog-friendly hiking opportunities in Issaquah, Washington.
Super clean dog park, although I didnt come with a dog I saw others with them having a jolly time.
When I got out of the way of an aggressive dog, backing up to the fence, the fence gave away, and another woman and I fell down. Everyone had to grab dogs. The fence is held together with a single zip tie that broke. We used dog bags to tie the fence back up. So the fence is an illusion and not the security needed to keep dogs contained. My ankle and back got hurt in the fall. Not pleased at all.
This dog park is conveniently located right beside the car park and joins to the Issaquah Rainier Trail. People here walking their dogs seem friendly.
Very small with no amenities except for a nice iron bench. The poop bag dispenser was empty and the water bowls were empty and upside down. It is in a nice area next to a wooded trail and there is a lot of shade, so I will come back, but only if I am very near by and I have poop bags and water in the car.
Great walking path
Great park for families
