Nice hike (not a walk) 3.5 miles easy+
Not particularly exciting.
We biked the 33 miles around the lake and it was beautiful! The road up around Bunch Falls is rutted and gravelly for bikes but is nothing special for a car.
Awesome trails and beautiful area. Well worth the drive from wherever you coming from.
I try to make this trip every year. There’s just something about meandering along this gorgeous stretch of road. Waterfalls, river, forest, Mountain View’s…everything beautiful at your fingertips. Just breathtaking!
Very nice and easy trail. The view is great, you can surely stop and enjoy the nice lake view and the fresh air! Next to the lodge, there’s a gazebo which can be nice in a sunny day, though with such a view we chose to be closer to trees and their shade.
Lots of parking spaces available.
