I went to Homedale High School for a baseball game and the concession stand workers all suggested this place. So after the game we gave it a try. I had the prime rib sandwich, my son had two hot dogs and both are great. The fries were good and the nachos just get a half order because it’s big. They had misting fans going which was great as it was a hot summer day in July. Thumbs up on this place.
Such a neat place! Very cute, fun outdoor atmosphere with games and shade. The food is delicious! I’ve never had a bad meal here. The BBQ is to die for and I think of the loaded fries quite often. And the owners are wonderful, kind people that are so nice to chat with. My husband and I lovingly call this place “Fancy Weiners.” 😂 Highly recommend!!
This is a fun place to grab a dog or a sandwich if you’re ever in Homedale. I stopped as I was driving through and was pleasantly surprised. I believe the owners were the ones who helped me. They were super friendly and told me about their lunch specials. I was surprised they had brisket, which I’ll certainly try next time. But my heart was set on a dog, and it was awesome. Big, plump, and juicy! Prices were fair and service was pretty fast. I would definitely recommend adding Street Dogs to your must try list in Homedale.
It’s a stationary food truck, but please do not let this affect your decision to try this place out. It’s undescribably fantastic. I’ve tried a smattering of their menu, and every time I’m utterly gobsmacked. Order two of what you want because you’re going to want more.. not to say the portions are inadequate, they are spot on! But you’ll want more later on, so grab some extra! It’s affordable enough that you can easily do so.. trust me, pick up some extra so when you wake up in the middle of the night thinking how great that was.. you’ll have some. A word to the wise is sufficient
This is such a cool place. I got these loaded fries with pulled pork….and I dream of them. I cannot wait to get some again! So creamy and flavorful and delicious! I totally would eat here anytime. The guy was super nice and helpful and just a great place!
