The staff here were so kind and helpful. We love the full size fridge and sink in the room and the free breakfast was great.
My only negative feedback is that the floor in our room was really dirty. My toddler’s toes would be black from walking in the room. We had to wear flip flops in the room and wash my kids’ feet before bed—even after baths. We would stay here again. I just hope they do better about cleaning the floors in between each guest.
The Inlet Sports Lodge exceed our expectations. The lady at the counter was very helpful and accommodating. The Marsh area has just about everything you’ll need & very cute & safe little town. Definitely glad I found this gem, sure beats staying at a big hotel!! No kids running and screaming! ♥️
We had a wonderful stay! Close to everything we needed. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The room was adorable. We were sad to learn that they do not serve breakfast anymore, but tons of places to eat close by. We absolutely will visit again.
I can’t rave about this place enough. These guys checked every single box for an amazing stay! The staff took care of us like their own family, the rooms were super clean and very spacious and the bed was super comfortable! The kitchenette was well stocked and very nice to have with a couple small kids! We enjoyed the simple breakfast (cereal, bagels, yogurt, sausage, eggs, etc..) and played putt putt in the courtyard. There’s no doubt we’ll be back to stay here next time we’re in Murrells Inlet.
I tell you what, the wife and I were very impressed with this hotel. Anytime you stay at a private owned hotel, it can be great or blah. This one was great. Everyone at the front desk was exceptionally nice and when we walked into the room itself, we were really impressed. It felt like we were staying at a friends condo somewhere. The online pictures were accurate and not just a single room that looked like that. I hope you guys keep it this nice for years to come, b/c I know for sure we will be back for a quick weekend get away sometime soon.
