Great, charming house and location! Easy beach access on a boardwalk…. BUT be sure to have shoes on from back steps to boardwalk as the yard is loaded with sand spurs, ouch.
The back deck is awesome with all the rockers, listen to the surf and watch dolphins, drink your morning coffee and watch the sunrise.
Kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook.
The 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms make it great for large groups. There were 7 of us on a girl’s trip the last week of October, fabulous time!
I would suggest bringing your own pillow if possible (about my only complaint…).
Washer and dryer too!
Not all windows have screens which would be nice on the “beach” side.
I’d definitely come back!

I am a beach lover. Have been since I joined the Navy. I am retired now and have grandkids who love it as much as we do. South Myrtle is wonderful.

One of the last remaining original homes on this stretch of beach. Fits four couples very well.

This beach was quite stunning. I really find it hard to describe how beautiful these things are and that is precisely the reason I started doing drone videos. This beach and marsh is so beautiful. It is really hard to tell what it looks like from the ground. From the sky you can kind of soak in how beautiful this part of the coast really is. Had a great time on this trip.
