I was very pleased with the attentive help I received. I had almost an immediate reply and many follow ups via text. This wildlife rehab group truly cares for all critters and truly goes above and beyond. Thank you so much!

I called them to have them rescue an injured or sick bat from my friend’s basement and no one answered. In the voicemail it said to contact Donna for raccoons, bunnies, and bats. So I call Donna, she didn’t answer, so I texted, to which she replied 5 MINUTES LATER saying she “only does baby raccoons.” So now that bat is dead because they’re unreliable and have false info right in their voicemail. Wish I could give 0 stars, but I guess this will do.

Please do not leave bad reviews. This lady does god’s work..It cost hundreds to thousands of dollars a day to feed all these babies. The medical bills pile up quick..This great lady has given her whole life to savings , protecting and teaching these babies. Please ask to help or volunteer and a day. You yourself can spend a day in a rehabbers shoes before postings a bad review. Thank God for Abbe Freeland.
