A nice little river walk. That I walked. It has the same vagrant and drinking issues that the boat monument has with a occasional vagrants hanging out in spots. Mostly at dusk.
The large investment into the river walk in my opinion has been worth every penny with all the lighting an 24 hr access there areas well lit an safe at any hour an it’s absolutely beautiful throughout
