Located in the heart of Rochester, New York, Streb Park offers a pet-friendly destination for dog owners and families alike. The park is conveniently situated near South Washington Street and has been a local spot for years, noted for its openness to children and dogs alike. Although known for its unique pergola and a water feature, reviews indicate these amenities, especially the water feature, are not currently functional.
Streb Park is valued for its location within the city, making it a convenient spot for those looking to take a stroll or enjoy some time outdoors with their furry companions. While the park is welcoming of pets, it appears there is room for improvement in terms of maintenance and facilities, with several visitors mentioning the need for repairs and better care. Nevertheless, it remains an accessible green space for dog-walking within Rochester’s urban environment.
For the love of god, fix this park. There are no benches, the pergola is weirdly low and the hanging lights look sad and forgotten, the plants are not cared for, and the water feature has been dry for years and years. This park is an embarrassment.

n park that needs attention!
Has a pergalo and a water feature that I have never seen work in over 10 years. It’s unfortunate with all the businesses around it and being that it was established by the Landmark society nobody has taken the interest to adopt it and maintain it’s beauty.
