Located in the heart of Rochester, New York, Christopher Fahy Memorial Park offers a quiet retreat perfect for families and pet owners alike. This dog-friendly park features wheelchair accessible entrances and parking lots, making it inclusive for everyone. The shaded and tranquil setting is ideal for a peaceful stroll with your furry companion, and is conveniently situated next to an elementary school.
While known for its small playground—a great spot if you’re visiting with kids—the park also provides several tables where visitors can relax and enjoy a meal outdoors. Dogs are welcome, and the park’s clean, well-maintained grounds make it a pleasant destination for local dog walkers. Although specific off-leash or fenced areas for dogs aren’t detailed, the park’s open and accessible atmosphere is a highlight among Rochester pet-friendly parks.
Wonderful tribute. “You deserve a wow.”
This is right next to an elementary school and just a little playground park. School kids do take recess there. Several tables make it a nice place for eating your takeout outside.
Visited for a soccer game. Clean
Dud not see restrooms or picnic area. Small playground but it might have belonged to the school. Limited parking
No idea who Christopher Fahy is but he left behind a decent sized park. I like smoking here and staring at the sky above. Thinking. Thinking. Over thinking. About a future that looks so bleak.
Cute, quiet and shaded park!
