Absolutely beautiful! Hiking trails, baseball, basketball, lit tennis courts, playground, dog parks, and so much more. There’s at least 1 EV charger that I saw. The reservoir area is a great walk/run too! We had a great hike!

This place is great for all kinds of stuff from walking to biking to dog walks to sledding. Just be a good human and keep it clean and nice.

The sledding is outrageously fun and there are a variety of steepness grades to choose from.

It’s a gorgeous park with lots of trails, tennis courts, baseball diamonds, a walking loop around the fresh water reservoir (.69 miles a lap and a wonderful spot to walk your dog), and paths for bicycling if you wish. It has incredibly beautiful panoramic views of the City of Rochester and I would highly recommend visiting, even if you only have a few minutes.
If you want to park by the baseball diamonds or tennis courts, or hike the hill to the reservoir, the Culver/Norris entrance is the one for you. There is street parking was well as a generous parking lot near the tennis courts you can walk around to access the path to the top of the hill for the walking loop. If you don’t want to make the hill trek, the park entrance from Highland/Monroe is the one for you. There is a driving path all the way to the top, with lots of available parking. There are some handicapped spaces next to the radio tower building at the top of the hill and it’s a short easy walk to the benches to rest and soak in the views of the city.
I can’t say enough about how beautiful those views are; and it’s a perfect spot for a picnic or spontaneous announcement. ☺️
Don’t forget to check out the architecture on the Cobbs Hill Water Works building at the top of the stairs. Built in 1908, it has lion sculpture heads, Greek key patterns carved into the stone, and other little architecture presents that show the beauty of the era.

This park has two distinct areas. The recreational activities are mostly at the bottom of the hill, while the top holds one of the best views of Rochester. This place is best enjoyed at sunset, and attracts quite a following of photographers on a nightly basis. If you’re at the top of the hill, walking the reservoir, there are paths that take you to the old water towers if you follow the edge of the parking circle. Look for desire trails along the grass/tree edge. Multiple towns fireworks can be viewed from here on the Fourth of July as well. I am not certain if the firework viewing is endorsed by the park but last year it was very busy. Years ago a drum circle used to come up here. I am not sure if they still do because I haven’t seen them in the last few years however the acoustics up there, made it awesome. The interior of the water towers also has amazing acoustics.
