Pros are the Maintenance staff. Not the management of but the folks that fix everything and pretty much do everything in the complex. They are fantastic.
The cons are the ROACHES, MOLD, and some of office staff are hard to work with. MAKE SURE YOU GET TO SEE YOUR APARTMENT well before you move in. The roaches were awful until they sprayed a couple times. The mold seems like they just painted over the problem…
No place is perfect, but this one is darn sure close. Mikala has been wonderful from the get go during a particularly turbulent time in my life. I can’t say enough good things about Joshua either, who has responded to about three maintenance requests in a 30 day period. I am happy to be a part of this community and I fully support it.
Hills Parc was an amazing place to live and call home for 3 years. Bethany and the staff are absolutely amazing. Bethany and the entire staff show true compassion and really care about the tenants. They have the absolute best maintenance crew I have been around. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would. Thank you to Bethany and the entire staff at Hills Parc. 10+
I absolutely love this apartment. Super friendly and helpful staff. Quick replies to questions. Very thorough review of apartment and amenities . Country like quiet setting. Great location next to Greenway, shops, cafes, restaurants, Walmart. Apartment has great water pressure and hot water.
