Nice park, have never been when there are no bags available, however, I always have my own in case they run out (as many parks do at times). However, was muddy last time due to mulch hasn’t yet been replaced after winter weather. Hope they add it soon, super convenient to go shopping and take my dog for play date as well

Dirty, muddy, poop everywhere since there were no bags. Even if you didn’t have a dog, pretty gross to walk by and look at. Not sanitary for your dog.

“closed for routine maintenance” but nothing going on. Asked a facilities guy and he said he didn’t know anything about it and couldn’t refer me to anyone to ask questions. Great place…..

I have been involved in dog rescue for 20 years and am disappointed as to what is available in Hamilton County. Although originally from Indiana I lived in Louisville for 30 years where the dog parks are MORE LIKE PARKS, offer shade and gazebos for owners to sit. I have been to a couple in South Bend and they are much larger and nicer. People complain about their pet getting into a fight at a dog park but with the size of these it is not surprising. 60 per cent of people have a dog so I would think the county could use my tax dollars for better, bigger dog parks. It would help with people giving up dogs due to having an active dog with no place to exercise it. However, better than nothing,

It’s not bad. It does lack shading for the pups.
