Fun playground.. clean restrooms. It was a perfect place to stop on our road trip! Wishing we had more time to walk the trails!
Great playground. The park includes two playgrounds. Both playgrounds have a natural wood texture to them. Nine holes disc golf course. Very clean bathrooms. Dog park and hiking trails.
Awesome place and free! We went blueberry picking and wanted to look for a nice picnic spot to have lunch. They had a nice paved trail to walk, a small creek to look at. Bathrooms were decent. Disc golf and volleyball net was all ready to use. I guess you can even rent out the pavilion for a big party. We will definitely come back here! They even had a very big playground if you have kids.
This is a very beautiful place! It’s kind of secluded. It’s set back from the road. It’s a beautiful drive in there. It has trails, public restrooms, and plenty of parking. There’s 2 different playgrounds there for the kids. There is plenty of room to run and play. You can walk your dogs, plenty of run room!
The trails aren’t super well marked, even with the map it can make it hard to keep on the path. We saw a few neat areas though. the bigger creek part is down the wooden walkway. There are some neat wildflowers throughout the park. There were quite a few bugs, the prettier ones being the dragonflies. We also saw a few varieties of mushrooms like chicken of the woods, hen of the woods, and one amanita.
