I have an older dog, bad hips, arthritis dropped her off at 9 it was 1:30 before she was ready to go home. She couldn’t walk on her own. She apparently had no water that whole time. Her appointment was at 9 she should have been done by 11 at the very latest. They did a good job but they need to get organized or something.
This place is super cute for all your pet needs. I came for a nail trim on my very grumpy dachshund and they had him in and out in minutes! Thank you so much for handling my boy with great care and expertise!
We have 2 dogs that can be difficult for nail trims&misc. Employees are always great&friendly to my dogs. There’s a variety of cool stuff in the store too. Very reasonable prices.
They did a wonderful job with our girl, Ginger. We’re new to Indiana and needed to find a groomer that would take time with her and keep her cage-free. They accomplished this with an early morning/first appointment and we couldn’t be happier! She was actually smiling when we picked her up! Thank you so much!! She looks beautiful.
Where should I begin. Desi and Trish and the rest of the staff are amazing. Took my 12 yo rescue Pitt, 1 yo shelter adopted Chihuahua, and 8 yo foster Shephard all at the same time, on a 45 min drive to this highly recommended grooming shop to see Desi for a spa day and pictures for the holidays. They did not disappoint. My heart is full. My babies deserved every second of love and pampering that was given on this day to close out their year of struggle. It is a day we will not soon forget, especially since we will definately be back. The price is in the medium range in comparison to to the many other groomers we have encountered but the love is in the top echelon of the love scale. Thank you from all of us in the Taylor household. Can’t wait for our next journey!
