Size of a small back yard. Does have 3 picnic tables. Yep, that’s it.

No running water to refill for dogs. Quite small, so could be good for 1-2 dogs in training. Mostly dirt with a few small patches of grass, so wear old shoes. Does have picnic bench. Also has blacktop (bike) trail outside that could be good for a walk. No place or way for dogs to cool off on hot days.
