Great place for my dog to get exercise. The people and other dogs are friendly as well.
We’ve been members since Sept when it opened, & we love this dog park!!! We go a couple times outta the week depending on weather & work.
Very appreciative of the parks department for coordinating & making solutions to have a happy park.
Clean area, never ran into unpicked up poop, personally. Dog and dog owners have been very kind. There is plenty of room to run & play with other friends. My pup would rate it 6 stars if she could!!
Parks department does make members follow rules, park isn’t kept up and there a group that runs people off. There’s dog poop not picked up all the time.
I’ve been a member of the park 1 month. I’m going Monday and requesting my money back. I went there about noon on a Saturday. 6 dogs obviously all over 30 pounds on small dog side. I asked an owner why, he replied you can have the whole other side(I own a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) weighs maybe 10 pounds. Yeah I can have other side(big dog side) it’s all full of feces. We got into it so I called CPPD. Officer said she had no authority so I’m going to Parks Dept to get my money back. Black German Shepard, and several others over 30 pounds. (Mutts). Even a Rott running around. No thanks don’t waste time and money on this place.
I appreciate the open view.
My pups are very tired after spending time here. We love it. Great job, Cedar Lake Parks department.
