Loved our lunch here. Excellent dogs and stuffed potatoes while sitting beside the lake on a beautifull day.
What a gem! We popped in to check it out and walked out with a foot long Cattle Dog, and a regular Chicago Dog. The bun on the foot long was nice and soft, the Vienna beef hot dogs were perfectly steamed with a nice natural-casing-snap, and the homemade quality of the chili and cheese sauce made it so much better than the average hot dog. We were pumped to have the neon relish and sport peppers that are so hard to find outside the Chicago area. The place is super clean with great branding and signage, the owners are very nice, and the quality of the dogs are worth the price. We will be back!
Stopped by Wonderdogs and got a regular foot-long and a bottle of water—came to about NULL. A bit pricey for what it is, but overall it was good. The dog itself was tasty and hit the spot. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the extra green relish—it had kind of a weird flavor to me. Might just be personal preference. Still, worth a stop if you’re craving a hot dog on the Causeway.
