Located on Maricopa Trail, Anthem Dog Park offers a well-maintained, resident-exclusive dog park in Anthem, Arizona, that provides a welcoming and safe environment for local pet owners. With a beautiful landscape and great amenities, this park is a favorite spot among Anthem residents looking for a secure off-leash dog area. The park requires a membership for entry and access is strictly for community members, ensuring a close-knit, friendly community atmosphere.
Anthem Dog Park features four grass sections, with two open at any time to help maintain the grounds. Separate areas are available for large, active dogs and small, passive pups, improving safety for all. The park is also wheelchair accessible and offers a kid-friendly environment, making it suitable for the whole family. Local pet-friendly amenities and responsible maintenance make this park stand out as a top choice for dog owners in the Anthem area.
Only open for residence, I think. I came down from Black Canyon City, but the park requires a key to access the gate. Very beautiful dog park, it appears.
There are 4 sections total but only 2 are open at a time to allow the grass to regrow. There is a section for bigger more aggressive and smaller more passive dogs. The smaller dog section is kind of small but the community is very welcoming and close knit.
We no longer have access to the Dog park, unfortunately our dogs are waiting at the rainbow bridge. I am surprised how many of the low ratings involve people that are non residents. Before Anthem set up the park we traveled to New River’s dog park, and it’s a resident only park too. I felt it pointless to leave a review because the park is for residents, and I was a non resident.
Very nice dog park. Great amenities and the grounds are kept well. Friendly people and a great group of dogs!
Our dog Sam loves coming to play here. It’s a nice perk for Anthem residents and a good price to keep the place maintained. Gladly pay the membership fee
