This park is awesome, massive open space for even the most active dogs to unleash their energy and enjoy a game of fetch with balls or frisbees.

Park is well maintained with big spaces for dogs to walk and play. Doggie bags and water stations are available. Really nice to have this park in the downtown area.

10/10 tons of fun with the pup, safe even though not 100% fenced in totally away from the street and stuff! It was our dogs first off leash not fenced in experience and he had a ton of fun. Lots of sweet dogs here too, made some new friends right away!

My dog loves it here. Lots of people gather for off leash playtime and trail walking. Everyone has been friendly so far and the dogs have been well behaved. The park is huge with lots of trails. It feels safe to have my dog off leash which is nice. There’s good coffee nearby at the Granola bar and plenty of parking.

As a professional dog walker working in Fairfield, I find this is the only designated park I enjoy taking both my own dogs and my clients dogs. There is plenty of “open space” within the park creating a feeling of freedom to pets that cannot be replicated in a simple fenced in area. This park has both
wooded hiking trails as well as a central area for dogs to socialize and play yet not feel trapped within a small space. Incidents are rare and most everyone is mindful and alert to their dog. There is a very nice water fountain and plenty of dog bags for no cost.
I highly recommend this park as a true treasure in Fairfield County.
