We’ve been to Fido’s Forest several times over the last year, the dogs absolutely love it!
The place is well managed and secured in a fenced area. Once you register, you will be provided instructions to arrive and enter, and it’s recommended to not arrive before your time.
There’s no human restrooms, and there is no poo trash bin, to avoid wildlife issues, so plan ahead.
There’s several benches and dirt trails to sit and walk around with your pups. Highly recommend!
My dog went with 2 others. She LOVED it! Her tail wagged the entire time. There are 5 fenced-in acres where she can run off leash and she did run. I was worried she wouldn’t come back to me but she did. They even have a picnic table or two, maybe picnics are allowed? It is woodsy so remember to bring bug spray if it’s that time of year.
What an AWESOME place to take my girls to run and explore off leash!!! My Catahoula Leopard dogs can be reactive so they are always on leash except in our yard. This is a wonderful safe place to allow them to smell, hunt, explore and RUN free. I booked an hour for my youngest pup’s birthday and we will definitely be back again soon! ♥️🐾
