Boeckh Park is a beautiful, serene park located along the vibrant North Augusta Riverwalk. Renowned for its scenic views of the water and lush, well-maintained walking trails, this park is perfect for those seeking dog-friendly hiking and peaceful strolls with their pets. While there’s no dedicated fenced dog play area, dogs are welcome to explore the spacious paths on-leash, making it a wonderful choice for local pet owners and visitors alike.
The park features paved, accessible paths enveloped in natural shade, providing comfort for both dogs and their humans during sunny days. Additional amenities include benches and picnic spots, making this North Augusta dog park an ideal place for family outings—including picnics and kid-friendly adventures. While parking is neighborhood-based and somewhat limited, Boeckh Park remains a top choice for those seeking a tranquil outdoor experience with their furry friends in the North Augusta area.
Lovely path, super well covered by vegetation/nature, nice views of the water, and it just keeps going.
Phenomenal long run spot!
Beautiful, well kept manicured park with paved walking paths and benches. Great place to go for a stroll, a walk, a bike ride or run. Parking can be limited since it’s in a neighborhood.
Prefect walk, well maintained trails, hard to believe it’s in the city.
Gorgeous Riverwalk with a path through the city. Beware the turtles and gators
Simply beautiful and peaceful setting. No play sets in the park for the kids but just enough space for them to run around (like we use to do back in the days) and play. Small boat dock but unsure of neighborhood rules and regulations for its use. The North Augusta “Greenway” continues through the Hammonds Ferry neighborhood and Boeckh Park. Enjoy!
