The staff was very kind and warm. The room was clean and comfortable. Didn’t wake up in time for breakfast, but I heard it was good.
Called to book a room, when I said “April” first agent immediately hung up on me. Thought it was an error or a phone glitch, called again, got a different agent, and said I needed to book a room in April. Agent: “It’s all booked up, sorry”. Me: “Oh, I’m with a group, there’s a block…” . Never dealt with reservation agents this rude in my life.
Great hotel. Friendly staff stayed for 2 days after a horrible experience at another hotel. This place was great. Kid friendly. CLEAN! AND SAFE!
Such a cozy room. Comfy carpeting, nice bedside lamps on both sides of the bed, and a beautiful wood wall unit. Nice size tv. Also such a nice feature to have the sink in the hallway. But the bathroom and shower are really outdated, old with yellow tile. Reminds me of what a sanitarium bathroom might look like. Shocking to see, when the room is so modern and cozy.
