Great place to have a birthday party and just an overall nice place to take your kids.
There are people who walk their dogs and don’t clean up their poop, so you gotta watch out for that. Disappointing because there’s free bags to clean it and trash cans. Can’t control the people though.
There are holes everywhere due to animals like squirrels, so you have to be on the lookout. We live in the mountains, so it should honestly be expected. Just watch where you step 🙂

Beautiful place to spend an afternoon, even in late June. The breeze keeps it cool and there’s plenty of shade, you can see birds, and the trees are gorgeous. Currently no water in the pond but the mountain views are still lovely.

I loved coming here for the first time there was still snow even though we are at the end of March! Such a great experience and it felt nice to experience nature! Thank God for these type of nature wonders! You do get to have a peaceful time.

I’m a regular at this little park in the Frazier Park community. There is a path around the park, a play area for the littles, a skatepark, and plenty of shade with picnic tables and barbecues. There are also restrooms that are kept pretty clean. I almost forgot, 2 basketball courts as well as a nice veterans memorial

This is such a pretty little park right near the Frazier Park downtown. It’s pretty much the closest place you can go to see snow if you’re living in the San Fernando Valley! We just came earlier today and luck would have it, it started snowing right as we got there. It was raining all the way up the interstate, but the moment we got to Frazier Park, the rain turned to snow! It is so pretty when the snow just starts falling and you slowly watch everything turn from green/brown to a light covering of white.

My fiancée told me she used to come here as a kid with her family to go sledding when there was more snow. If you have a good snow day, this would be a great place to come with family to just enjoy the snow and outdoors. Maybe even bring your dog here or go on a little walk with your friends as we saw other people doing. It’s a hidden gem north of LA!

Secret tip: head over to Nature’s Home Market on the east side of town after you visit the park. They have lots of organic groceries, good coffee, fresh fruits/vegetables and sometimes even fresh-baked sourdough bread and persimmon bread! 😁
