Cynthiana Dog Park is a spacious, pet-friendly destination located at 117 Reynolds Ave, right off the bypass heading towards Falmouth. Loved by locals, this well-maintained park is celebrated for its large open play areas and secure fencing, making it ideal for both big and small dogs to safely run and socialize. Dedicated areas cater to different size dogs, ensuring every pup has a safe place to play. The green surroundings and thoughtful set-up of the staging area make this one of the best dog parks in the Cynthiana region.
Besides being a fantastic spot for dogs, the park is kid-friendly and conveniently situated near a splash pad and other recreation areas, which adds to its appeal for families. While the park provides a comfortable setting for both pets and owners, visitors are encouraged to bring their own poop bags as dispensers aren’t always stocked. This dog park truly stands out as a welcoming place for all canine companions in Cynthiana, Kentucky.

Love this little park we take our Gabby GirL here all the time!
Really pleased the town added the dog park! Its set up Really nice and provides ample space for the bigguns and the lil ones to run safely contained. Access is off the bypass as you head out of town towards Falmouth. Kudos to Cynthiana for constructing this. Definitely suggest owners bring their pups to play and romp.
Thrilled Cynthiana has put in a dog park! Very spacious room to roam and play for both large & small pups. I appreciate the ample space in the “staging area” before the play area. Very green area to play.
Would love to see a better system for doodie duty. Lots of doodie left on ground mostly from there not being any doodie bags in despenser and only one doodie station.
As it starts to get more use I’d also suggest more durable surface in high use areas (entry areas & along fence run between large and small dog areas).
A wooded area inside would be move for shade and added features to play in.
We didn’t visit the actual dog park, but it looked nice! Small dogs might escape fairly easily, however.
Attaching photos of the splash pad and park, because they’re also right here in the same area, and searching this dog park is the easiest way to find great parking for them!
